SIDHARTH
MEER

Senior Colorist

Sidharth Meer is a guy who’s never shied away from rolling up his sleeves and diving into the messiness of filmmaking. With over two decades of experience, he’s found himself in the thick of it more times than he can count. Sid’s not in this for the accolades or the spotlight — he’s here because he loves the craft, the process, and the people who dare to tell stories that matter. His background in cinematography, visual effects, and color grading isn’t something he flaunts; it’s just the toolkit he brings along on this ride.

Sid’s credits read like a journey through the soul of South Asian cinema. He’s worked on the Oscar-nominated Writing with Fire and All That Breathes, and had the good fortune to be part of The Elephant Whisperers, which took home an Oscar for Best Documentary Short. And then there’s While We Watched, a Peabody Award-winning documentary that cuts right to the heart of what it means to bear witness. These aren’t just films; they’re stories of resilience, truth, and beauty — the kind of projects that remind Sid why he got into this game in the first place.

He’s also stepped into the producer’s shoes for films like And, Towards Happy Alleys (featured on Mubi) and Second Chance. His upcoming projects — Putul Nacher Itikatha, Sabar Bonda, and Boksho Bondi — are all set to have their premieres in 2025. It’s not about making a name for himself; it’s about supporting the voices that deserve to be heard.

Sid’s dipped his toes in the commercial waters too, with projects like Jigra and Badhaai Do, Bollywood features that brought their own set of challenges and rewards. Whether it’s indie darlings or mainstream hits, Sid’s approach stays the same: listen, collaborate, and find the heart of the story.

At Bridge PostWorks, Sid isn’t building a kingdom; he’s creating a space for filmmakers who want to try something different. He’s here for the ones who are willing to take risks and make films that don’t fit neatly into a box. It’s about building a legacy, sure, but more than that, it’s about making sure every project feels like it’s got a little bit of magic in it.

When he’s not behind a screen or in a grading suite, you’ll find Sid on the streets, in a restaurant, or at a market, chasing down his next great meal. He’s not looking for perfection — he’s searching for something that tells a story. Whether it’s a dish from a Michelin-starred chef or a bowl of something hot and comforting from a street vendor, it’s all about the experience. Because at the end of the day, the best stories, like the best meals, are the ones you remember long after they’re over.
